Age Relaxation:
- 10 years – PwD candidates.
- 5 years – serving Civilian Central Govt. employees working in posts which are in the same line or allied cadres and where a relationship could be established that the service already rendered in a particular post will be useful for the efficient discharge of the duties of the advertised positions.
- The upper age limit is relaxable for Ex-servicemen including Ex SSCOs/ECOs as per the rules in vogue.

1. Electronics & Communication Engineering
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering with
- Valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
2. Mechanical Engineering
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engg with
- Valid GATE score in Mechanical Engineering
3. Computer Science & Engineering
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science & Engg with

4. Electrical Engineering

5. Material Science & Engg / Metallurgical Engineering

6. Physics
